What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
A- walking

C- Just get up and get moving
Complete the relaxation exercise The Crime of the Century. (What it beneficial? Frustrating? etc.)
The benefits were very relaxing, music and voice put me into a trance. I believe having someone walk me through the exercise was very helpful. I really need to do this everyday before I go to bed!
Thanks everyone,

ReplyDeleteHi Angela,
ReplyDeleteMy blog looks like a five year old set it up lol. I have 3 grown men for children and will be graduating in August so I understand your excitement. What do you plan on doing with your degree?

Angela, I really like your Unit 3 post. I have found that time management is my best friend of late....lol. Between work, school, and kids, I've been lucky to squeeze in housework, shower and sleep! After dealing with it for years, however, I have found that there is a method to the madness--you just need to prioritize the things you do from the most important to the least. Work on the most important stuff first, then, if you have time, deal with the other stuff. If not, move it to another day, or discard it altogether. I need to get up a moving more often than I already do--it's just hard after a crazy work week.
ReplyDeleteGreat list of things to focus on Angela:) Your steps are broken down into small goals, which makes them more easily accomplished. I think that many people set their goals to high, too involved, when making changes in their lives and health. That makes them feel overwhelmed, and the goals become chores. Chores make us tired, and we often look for distractions to getting them accomplished. Theresa is right, prioritizing things in our busy lives is truly the key. Finding time to take care of ourselves can seem daunting, but the end result is a more refreshed, clear head "you". This makes our daily lives so much easier to deal with:)
