Hello everyone,
I joined this class because I am getting my BA in Health and Wellness. I will be graduating in November and I cant wait. I'm really excited about "meeting" everyone and how this class is going to go.
I thought the Journey On relaxation exercise was very relaxing. The guy's voice had a calming affect on me while he walked me through the exercise. The music was also very soothing! Hope everyone enjoyed it!

Unit 3 Blog for Creating Wellness
Hello everyone!
Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal wellbeing), where do you rate your A-physical wellbeing, B-spiritual well-being, C-psychological well-being? Why?
A-3 Time management
B-5 Still soul searching
C-5 Motivation and overthinking
Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological).
A- To take a 15 minute walk everyday when I get home before class.
B- Learn to meditate
C- Get my family on board to motivate me.
What activities or exercise can you implement in your life to assist in moving toward each goal?
A- walking
B- Meditate
C- Just get up and get moving
Complete the relaxation exercise The Crime of the Century. (What it beneficial? Frustrating? etc.)
The benefits were very relaxing, music and voice put me into a trance. I believe having someone walk me through the exercise was very helpful. I really need to do this everyday before I go to bed!
